The house is located in Palo Alto Gated Community only 10 minutes walk to Hermosa Beach in Guanacaste.

As you enter the house a very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen welcome you, this open concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining and enjoying the views from the sliding glass door that opens to the garden and pool terrace. Outside you can enjoy dining al fresco, just relax watching the views or cool off at the infinity pool.

Two of the three bedrooms offer ocean views, the master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the garden. There are two other guest bedrooms with queen size beds and another one with two single beds with access to an adjacent full bathroom. This beautiful house offers a cozy feeling that will make you feel at home. The house accommodates 6 people.
